Baby Bottle Preparation:

• Prepare a bottle of milk (breast or infant) as usual.

• Shake the bottle vertically for proper dissolution and feed your baby immediately.

Plate Preparation:

• In a deep plate, mix 120ml of milk and 120ml of water (boiled and cooled to around 50°C).
• Add 4 tablespoons (about 7g) of cereal.
• Let it swell for about 1 minute until the desired consistency is reached and feed your baby immediately.
