Preparation
With milk mixture: cool the boiled water to a temperature of approximately +50ºC*. Prepare 200 ml of the usual milk mixture. Add 3-4 tablespoons (22 g) of porridge flakes to the bowl. Pour the prepared milk mixture and mix. Leave the porridge to swell. Cool to a suitable eating temperature.
With fruit puree (without milk): boil 100 ml of water, and cool to +50ºC*. Add 2 heaping tablespoons (11g) of porridge flakes to a bowl, and cover with water. Mix it up. Add about 100 g of fruit puree and a teaspoon of oil. Mix it up. Leave to swell. Check the temperature.
With milk: Boil 100 ml of milk and 100 ml of water, and cool to +50ºC*. Add 3-4 tablespoons (22 g) of flakes to a bowl, and pour the cooled liquid over it. Mix it up. Leave to swell. Check the temperature.
*Do not use too hot water to dissolve the powder better.
