HiPP German Goat Milk Formula

HiPP German goat milk formula — organic Bio Combiotik made with whole goat milk instead of cow's, in Stage PRE/1 for babies from birth and Stage 2 from six months. Both are starch-free, so lactose is the only carbohydrate.

Goat milk forms a softer curd in the stomach than cow's milk and is naturally lower in the A1 beta-casein that some babies struggle with, which is why parents often try it when a cow milk formula feels heavy, or when there is spit-up and wind without a diagnosed allergy. It is not suitable for a diagnosed cow's milk protein allergy — goat and cow proteins are close enough to cross-react, so speak to your pediatrician and look at hydrolysed HA formula instead.

Stage PRE/1 covers the whole first six months, so there is no switch at four months. For the Dutch goat tins see HiPP Dutch goat, or browse every brand's goat range in goat milk formulas.
