HiPP specialty formula — the tins for when ordinary feeding is not going well. Four different problems, four different formulas: Comfort for colic and constipation, Anti-Reflux (AR) for spit-up, HA for allergy-prone babies, and reduced-lactose options. Stocked in both German and UK versions.

HiPP Comfort combines partially hydrolysed protein with reduced lactose and is aimed at wind, colic and hard stools. HiPP AR is thickened so it stays down rather than coming back up, and is suitable from birth. HiPP HA uses hydrolysed protein for families managing allergy risk — the full HA range is at HiPP hypoallergenic.

These are still ordinary EU organic infant formulas, not prescription products, and they are complete nutrition on their own. But a persistent feeding problem is worth a conversation with your pediatrician before switching tins — reflux, colic and constipation all have causes that a formula change will not fix.
