Shipping Policy
Everything you need to know about how we get your organic European baby formula to your door — fast, safely, and without surprises.
This Shipping Policy applies to all products purchased on Bonpek Baby (www.bonpek.com). We strive to provide efficient, reliable shipping so your baby's formula and essentials arrive exactly when you need them. To help delivery go smoothly, please provide an address where your order can be received during normal business hours — for security reasons, we're unable to send orders to unidentifiable or undeliverable addresses, or accept orders where the recipient can't be verified.
Very Important Notes
Pre-order items
When an item is purchased as a Pre-Order (the Add-to-Cart button changes to "Pre-Order" with an estimated fulfillment time shown above it), your chosen shipping speed applies once the item is ready to ship — it does not shorten the pre-order fulfillment window itself. In other words: the pre-order timeline stays the same, and expedited shipping simply speeds up delivery once the product actually ships.
Business days only
All expedited shipping (Next-Day, Overnight, 2-Day, and 3-Day) counts business days and business hours only. Orders placed before 12:00 PM Pacific Time on a business day count as the first processing day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM PT, on weekends, or on holidays begin processing the next business day. Your selected shipping speed applies once your order has shipped — not at the moment it's placed.
Shipping Speeds & Cut-Off Times
Place your order before the cutoff time to lock in the fastest available delivery. All times are Pacific Time (PT).

Expedited delivery windows exclude weekends and holidays and are subject to availability based on your location. We ship Monday–Friday, with Saturday shipping frequently available too.
Shipping Costs & Carriers
Orders totaling $199.99 and above qualify for free shipping. A small service charge may apply for select locations — this will always be shown at checkout before you pay. We calculate rates automatically based on package weight and size, so please confirm the shipping cost at checkout before placing your order. We reserve the right to upgrade your shipping method to get your order to you sooner, at no extra charge.
Good to Know
Shipment Tracking
You'll get an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships, so you can follow it right to your door.
Delays
We're not responsible for delays from natural events or courier operations beyond our control. Transit times typically exclude weekends and holidays.
Undelivered Packages
If delivery isn't possible at the time of attempt, the package is returned to the local post office for pickup.
Wrong Delivery Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we can't take responsibility for packages lost due to an incorrect address.
Secure Delivery Address
We recommend using a secure address, like your home or workplace, to help protect against lost or stolen packages.
Shipping Completed
Delivery is considered fulfilled once the courier's tracking system confirms the product has reached the buyer.
International Shipping & Customs
Bonpek Baby proudly ships to customers in over 40 countries worldwide. If we ship to your country, available international methods and rates appear automatically at checkout once you enter your address. If no shipping options appear, we likely don't yet offer direct service there through standard checkout — contact us to ask about a custom arrangement.
International orders are subject to the destination country's import laws and customs requirements. By placing an international order, you agree to review and comply with all applicable local regulations.
You're responsible for:
- Confirming products are permitted for import into your country
- Any customs duties, taxes, VAT, brokerage, or import fees
- Providing documentation or ID requested by customs or carriers
- Responding promptly to customs or carrier communications (DHL, UPS, USPS, FedEx, etc.)
We're not liable for:
- Packages refused, held, delayed, or confiscated by customs
- Import restrictions or regulatory actions abroad
- Additional customs-related fees or expenses
- Non-delivery due to customs clearance issues
- Delays from customs processing or carrier requirements
International shipments may be delayed, inspected, held, or returned by customs, and we have no control over that process once a shipment leaves our facility. No refunds, replacements, or chargebacks are issued for international shipments that fail to clear customs or aren't delivered due to import restrictions, unpaid customs fees, or lack of customer response. If a shipment is returned to us successfully, a partial refund may be issued once it's received back in original, unopened, resalable condition — minus all shipping, return, customs, and handling costs incurred. For larger international orders, we may split shipments into multiple parcels, or delay later parcels until an earlier one clears customs, to improve the odds of smooth delivery — this is done in good faith and isn't grounds for a delay dispute, refund claim, or chargeback. Placing an international order means you agree to all terms in this section.
