1. Boil fresh drinking water and let it cool to about 50°C (122°F).

2. Put the recommended amount of
cereal powder (see feeding chart) into a clean bowl.

3. Add the measured amount of cooled,
boiled water.

4. Stir thoroughly, then let the
mixture sit until it thickens to your desired consistency.

5. Always check the temperature
before feeding.

Note: Every baby is unique. The feeding guide is a general recommendation—adjust
quantities as needed based on your baby’s individual hunger and preferences.

• after the 4th month 40 g (3-4 tablespoons) + 130 ml water = 170 g
• from 6th month 45 g (4 tablespoons) + 140 ml water = 185 g
• from the 8th month, 50 g (4-5 tablespoons) + 155 ml of water make 205 g
