Bonpek Baby began the way most good ideas do — with two parents trying to work out what was best for their own children. When our founders, a husband and wife, welcomed their twins, they went through the trial and error every new parent knows: one formula, then another, watching closely, hoping the next one would be the one that settled.
What finally worked was organic European baby formula. The difference they saw in their own twins is the whole reason this shop exists. It seemed unreasonable that finding it should be so hard for everyone else.
What we carry, and why
We stock HiPP, Holle, Kendamil and Jovie — four of Europe’s most trusted EU-certified organic formula brands — alongside European baby food, snacks and care products. Every one of them has to pass the same test before it goes on the shelf: would we give this to our own kids? If the answer is anything other than yes, we do not carry it.
The formula is bought from sources we have vetted, stored at our own facility in Los Angeles, and shipped from here. That matters more than it sounds. It means no overseas wait, no customs surprise, and no guessing about where a tin has been before it reached you.
What you can expect from us
Every product is verified for authenticity before it reaches you. No secondhand resellers, no grey-market tins, no guesswork.
What the site says is on the shelf is on the shelf. We receive stock weekly, so dates stay fresh and orders leave quickly.

We are not able to give medical advice, and we will not pretend otherwise. Which formula suits your baby — especially where there is reflux, colic or a diagnosed allergy — is a conversation for your pediatrician, not a shop. What we can do is tell you honestly what is in a tin, what the differences between two brands actually are, and what we have and have not got. We would rather lose a sale than guess about your baby’s feeding.
What we hold ourselves to
- Quality first. Every product meets the same bar we would want for our own children. That is the only standard we have ever used.
- Full transparency. Every listing carries real product detail taken from the manufacturer — ingredients, nutrition, stage, origin — so you always know exactly what you are buying.
- Honest answers. If something is out of stock, we say so. If another shop has it cheaper delivered, we will match it. If we do not know, we will tell you that too.
- Always improving. We keep expanding the range and keep up with what is changing in European baby nutrition, because it does change.
