Bonpek Baby Local Pickup Overview

Bonpek Baby offers convenient local pickup and same-day local delivery options to make your shopping experience seamless. Please review the following instructions and guidelines to ensure a smooth pickup process.

How to Schedule a Local Pickup

For Website Orders

·       During checkout, select the Local Pickup option instead of shipping.

·       Complete your purchase, providing accurate contact details.

·       After confirmation, you will receive an email summarizing your order.

·       Once your order is ready, you will be notified by email or text—usually within 2 hours during business hours or around 3 hours before closing.

For Orders Placed via Text Message

·       After order confirmation, send your payment via Zelle to LA Bio Organic Trading Corp at bonpekbaby@bonpek.com. Cash payment upon pickup is also available, but please complete any Zelle payments before arrival.

·       When your order is ready, a text will be sent to you with available pickup times for the day.

✅✅✅Pickup Instructions

·       Text “pickup appointment + your order number (#BPB####)” to 747-231-0238 to schedule your pickup.

·       Upon arrival at our pickup point 315 Chester St, Glendale, CA 91203, text us again with the car make, model, and color, and turn on your hazard lights. We will bring your order to your car.

Pickup Windows and Communication

·       Pickup and local delivery hours are announced every Sunday on our Instagram page  (subject to rare changes). This helps you plan your weekly  pickups and avoid delays.

·       Saturday pickups are often available, and urgent Sunday pickups may be accommodated when possible.

·       You may text for pickup appointments or inquiries any day, at any time. Please keep in mind that weekends are generally considered non-working days at Bonpek Baby.
