Billing Terms & Conditions
How and when we take payment, which cards and wallets we accept, and what we can and cannot see of your card details.
These terms cover how payment works when you buy from Bonpek Baby — what we accept, when your card is charged, what we can and cannot see, and who to talk to if something looks wrong. They sit alongside our Terms of Service, Refund Policy and Shipping Policy.
When your card is charged
Payment is taken when you place your order, not when it ships. That includes pre-orders: a pre-ordered item is paid for at checkout and ships when stock arrives, within the estimated window shown on the product page. If a pre-order window changes materially, we will contact you.
If an item you ordered turns out to be unavailable, we will contact you and refund that item in full to your original payment method. We do not part-charge or substitute a different formula, stage or brand without asking you first.

All prices on this site are in US dollars. If your card is issued in another currency, your bank sets the exchange rate and may add its own foreign transaction fee — that fee is your bank's, not ours, and we never see it.
What we can and cannot see
Card details are entered on Shopify's secure checkout and handled by the payment processor. What we see on an order is your billing address, your shipping address, the items you bought, and the card type and last four digits — enough to identify a payment, and nothing more. We could not retrieve your full card number if we wanted to, which is exactly how it should be.
How your payment is protected
Every page on this store, including checkout, is served over an encrypted TLS connection — the padlock in your browser bar. Anything you type is scrambled in transit.
Checkout runs on Shopify, which is certified to PCI DSS Level 1 — the highest level of the card industry's security standard.
We store no card numbers on our own systems, so there is no card data on our side to lose.
Orders are screened for fraud indicators. We may ask you to confirm details, or cancel and refund an order we cannot verify.
Declined and failed payments
If a payment is declined, the order is not placed and no goods are reserved. A decline is a decision made by your bank or card issuer, and they are the only ones who can tell you why — we are not given the reason. You may also see a temporary authorization hold on your account for a declined or cancelled order; that is not a charge, and your bank releases it, usually within a few business days.
Subscriptions and repeat orders
Where a product is offered on a recurring schedule, you authorize us to charge your saved payment method for each delivery at the interval you chose, at the price shown at the time of that order. You can change the schedule, skip a delivery or cancel from your account or by contacting us. Cancelling before an order is processed stops that charge; cancelling after it has been processed does not.
Taxes
Sales tax, where it applies, is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and shown before you pay. International orders may attract duties, VAT or import fees on arrival — those are set and collected by the destination country, are your responsibility, and are covered in our Shipping Policy.
Pricing and errors
Prices can change without notice, and promotional pricing applies only while the promotion runs. In the rare case that an item is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund you in full rather than fulfil it at that price. We will always tell you if we do this.
If a charge looks wrong
A charge you don't recognise is almost always faster to resolve directly, and a chargeback freezes the order while the bank investigates. Text us on (747) 231-0238 or email support@bonpek.com with your order number and we will identify the charge the same day wherever we can.
Charges from this store appear on your statement under our store or company name, which may not read exactly as “Bonpek Baby”. If a line on your statement looks unfamiliar, contact us before contacting your bank and we will confirm what it was. Chargebacks raised on orders that were delivered, or on international orders held or returned by customs, are addressed under our Refund Policy and Shipping Policy.
