    ✅How to Schedule a Local Pickup

     

    For Website Orders

    ·       During checkout, select the Local Pickup option instead of shipping.

    ·       Complete your purchase, providing accurate contact details.

    ·       After confirmation, you will receive an email summarizing your order.

    ·       Once your order is ready, you will be notified by email or text—usually within 2 hours during business hours or around 3 hours before closing.

     

    For Orders Placed via Text Message

    ·       After order confirmation, send your payment via Zelle to LA Bio Organic Trading Corp at 747 231 0238. Cash payment upon pickup is also available, but please complete any Zelle payments before arrival.

    ·       When your order is ready, a text will be sent to you with available pickup times for the day.

    ·       Text “pickup appointment + your order number (#BPB####)” to 747-231-0238 to schedule your pickup.

    ·       Upon arrival at our pickup point 627 E Elmwood Ave Burbank CA 91501, text us again with the car make, model, and color, and turn on your hazard lights. We will bring your order to your car.

    Pickup Windows and Communication

    Our pickup windows are booked daily (Monday to Friday), and,  if possible, we try to accommodate weekend pickups for urgent orders.
    Please text us on the day you want to pick up your order (if not already been picked up while placing the order), and we will provide you with the available pickup windows for the day.

     

    ✅How to Schedule a Local Pickup

    After placing your order for same-day local delivery, text us to schedule your delivery. Since we do not know your availability, we will wait until we receive a text from you before booking your delivery. 
    In case you do not provide a delivery instruction (like "leave the package at the building security desk" or "leave the package by the front door of the house"), the driver will expect you to take delivery at the address you provided, by the curbside.

    Once the package is confirmed as delivered at the address/location, we will not be able to accept a non-delivery claim, although we will do our best to follow up on the whereabouts of the package (delivery is done with third-party companies or Uber)

    Preparation & How to Use

    Important Note: This formula’s preparation differs from standard infant formula. Always follow the instructions printed on your specific can. Use only the scoop provided.


    1. Wash your hands and sterilize all feeding equipment (bottles, nipples, caps) per manufacturer instructions.

    2. Boil fresh drinking water and allow it to cool for ~30–45 minutes. Do not use previously boiled or softened water.

    3. Measure water into a sterilized bottle according to feeding chart (see label).

    4. Add powder: using the provided scoop, level off powder (do not press). Ratio is typically 1 level scoop per 1 fl oz (≈30 ml) of water. Formuland+3Organic's Best+3BritishBabyShop+3

    5. Seal and mix: attach nipple & cap. Roll between palms ~5 seconds, then shake ~15–20 seconds to dissolve.

    6. Let it stand ~5–7 minutes (for thickening). Shake again gently after standing.

    7. Check temperature: aim for ~37 °C (test on wrist) before feeding.

    8. Feed immediately. Any unused formula should be discarded after 1 hour at room temp or earlier if feeding began.

    9. Store: after opening the inner foil liner, use within ~3 weeks and keep in a cool, dry place (do not refrigerate).
