The short version
Standard shipping is free on orders of $199 and above in the continental US, and from $350 to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and US territories.
Infant formula is a food product, so opened or shipped tins cannot be resold. Returns are accepted where we sent the wrong item or something is genuinely wrong with the order.
Any order can be cancelled before it is fulfilled. Once it has shipped, the refund policy applies instead.
We never see your full card number — only the card type and the last four digits, on your order record.
