Shipping policy


 

This Shipping Policy applies to all the products purchased on Bonpek Baby, www.bonpek.com

At Bonpek.com, we strive to provide our customers with efficient and reliable shipping options. To ensure a smooth and convenient experience, please take note of our shipping guidelines and policies.

To optimize delivery, we thank the customers for indicating an address in which the order can be delivered within normal business hours.

For security reasons, Bonpek Baby will not send any order to unidentifiable or undeliverable addresses, nor will it accept any order when it is impossible to identify the recipient of the order.

Very Important Notes!!! 

1- When a purchase is made as "Pre-Order" (the Add-To-Cart button is changed to Pre-Order and fulfillment approximate time is mentioned on top of that button), the selected shipping or fulfillment speed applies once the pre-order item is ready to ship, and does not override or shorten the pre-order fulfillment period itself.
👉 In other words, the pre-order timeline remains the same, and the expedited option ensures faster processing and delivery after the product becomes available and ships out.

2- For all expedited shipping options — including Next-Day, Overnight, 2-Day, and 3-Day shippingonly business days and standard business hours are counted.

To have the order date counted as the first processing day, the order must be placed before 12:00 PM (noon) Pacific Time on a business day.

Orders placed after 12:00 PM Pacific Time, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing on the next business day. The selected expedited shipping speed applies after the order has been processed and shipped, not at the time the order is placed. (more details below)

 

SHIPPING COSTS

Orders totaling $199.99 and above qualify for complimentary shipping. However, there may be a nominal service charge for shipping to select locations, which will be displayed at checkout.

For Domestic Shipping, we also used Carrier Rate Shipping UPS 2nd Day Air, UPS 3 Day Select, UPS Next Day Air Saver, and UPS Ground, as well as USPS Standard, Priority, and Express shipping methods. The shipping rate will be calculated automatically based on the weight and size of the package and shown on the checkout page.

Please check the shipping cost on the checkout page before placing an order.

We retain the discretion to modify the selected shipping method if it leads to an earlier delivery date than the one initially anticipated, without incurring any additional charges for the customer.

 

SHIPPING TIMES

Order Cut-Off Time for 1 Day/Next Day Shipping To qualify for 1 Day/Next Day Shipping, please place your order by 11:30 AM Pacific Time. Orders received after this cutoff time will be processed on the following business day. Please keep in mind that our 1 Day/Next Day Shipping services are subject to availability based on your location.

  • Average transit times for US orders is 3 - 4 Business days
  • Our assured shipping days encompass Monday to Friday, with the added flexibility of shipping orders on Saturdays quite frequently. Orders placed before our specified cutoff time will be dispatched on the same day or at the latest, the following business day.

Expedited Shipping Methods

  • 1-Day/Next Day Shipping: Orders eligible for 1-Day Shipping will be delivered the next business day following the order placement, provided that the order was placed by the 11:30 AM Pacific Time cutoff. Weekends and holidays are excluded from guaranteed delivery.

  • 2-Day/2nd Day Shipping: Orders eligible for 2 Day Shipping will be delivered within two business days, excluding weekends and holidays. The cutoff time is 12:00 PM Pacific Time.

  • 3-Day Shipping: Orders eligible for 3-Day Shipping will be delivered within three business days, excluding weekends and holidays. The cutoff time is 12:00 PM Pacific Time.

 

SHIPMENT TRACKING

Bonpek Baby furnishes tracking numbers as soon as they become accessible following the shipment. After your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email notification at the address you specified during the purchase process. This email will include a tracking number, allowing you to monitor the progress of your order until it reaches your doorstep.

DELAYS

Bonpek Baby cannot be held accountable for shipping or delivery delays resulting from natural or unforeseeable circumstances. Furthermore, Bonpek Baby bears no responsibility for delays associated with the courier's operations.  Regrettably, these delays are beyond our control. It's important to note that transit times typically (but not always) exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.

UNDELIVERED PACKAGES

If at the time of delivery, the customer is not at the delivery address or if it is not possible to deliver the package to any person in charge, the product must be returned to the corresponding post office and the customer must pick it up from there.

WRONG DELIVERY ADDRESS

Bonpek Baby will not take charge, or make returns for lost or undelivered packages, for wrong shipping addresses, please be sure to provide correct and accurate shipping addresses, at the time of purchase.

 

SECURE DELIVERY ADDRESS

Bonpek Baby suggests that customers furnish a secure delivery location, such as their residence or workplace. Please be aware that if the customer's address is inaccurately provided, Bonpek Baby cannot assume responsibility for lost or stolen packages.

 

SHIPPING COMPLETED

A delivery is deemed fulfilled as soon as Bonpek Baby places the product at the buyer's disposal, as confirmed by the courier company's tracking system.

 

 

International Shipping & Customs Policy

Bonpek Baby proudly ships to customers in over 40 countries worldwide. If we currently ship to your country, available international shipping methods and rates will automatically appear at checkout after you enter your shipping address and complete the required address information.

If no shipping options appear available during checkout, this generally means that we do not currently offer direct shipping service to your country through our standard checkout system. In such cases, customers are welcome to contact us directly to inquire whether a custom international shipping arrangement may be possible for their destination country.

Orders shipped outside the United States are subject to the import laws, regulations, customs requirements, and restrictions of the destination country. By placing an international order with Bonpek Baby, the customer acknowledges and agrees that it is their sole responsibility to review and comply with all applicable local laws and import regulations before placing an order.

Customers are considered the importer of record and are fully responsible for:

  • Verifying that the products ordered are permitted for import into their country
  • Any customs duties, taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, import charges, or other governmental fees
  • Providing any documentation, identification, permits, or information requested by customs authorities or shipping carriers
  • Responding promptly to communications from customs agencies or courier companies such as DHL, UPS, USPS, FedEx, or other carriers regarding customs clearance requirements

International shipments may be delayed, inspected, held, rejected, destroyed, returned, or confiscated by customs authorities in the destination country. Bonpek Baby has no control over customs procedures, import decisions, or clearance timelines once the shipment has left our facility.

Failure by the customer to provide requested information, documentation, payment of customs charges, or timely responses to customs authorities or carriers may result in delays, non-delivery, abandonment, or seizure of the shipment.

Bonpek Baby shall not be held responsible or liable for:

  • Packages refused, held, delayed, abandoned, or confiscated by customs authorities
  • Import restrictions or regulatory actions imposed by the destination country
  • Additional customs-related fees or expenses
  • Non-delivery resulting from customs clearance issues
  • Delays caused by customs processing, inspections, or carrier requirements

No refunds, replacements, chargeback claims, or credits will be issued for international shipments that fail to clear customs or are otherwise not delivered due to import restrictions, customs actions, carrier requests for information, unpaid customs fees, or customer inaction/non-responsiveness.

If an international shipment is successfully returned to Bonpek Baby by the carrier or customs authorities, a partial refund may be issued only after the products are received back in their original, unopened, unused, and resalable condition. Any refund issued will be subject to deduction of all shipping charges, return shipping costs, customs-related fees, carrier charges, handling fees, and any other expenses incurred by Bonpek Baby in connection with the shipment and return process.

Additionally, for larger international orders or high-quantity purchases, Bonpek Baby reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to divide an order into multiple smaller shipments and dispatch them separately. This may be done to help facilitate smoother customs clearance, reduce the likelihood of customs delays or import complications, and avoid the shipment being incorrectly flagged by customs authorities as a commercial import operation rather than a personal-use order.

In certain situations, Bonpek Baby may also delay shipment of subsequent parcels until confirmation is received that the initial shipment has successfully cleared customs in the destination country. Customers acknowledge and agree that such shipment adjustments are made in good faith to improve the likelihood of successful delivery and customs clearance and shall not be considered delayed fulfillment, partial shipment failure, or grounds for cancellation, refund, dispute, or chargeback claim.

By placing an international order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to all terms stated in this International Shipping & Customs Policy.
