      Bonpek Baby offers convenient local pickup and same-day local delivery options to make your shopping experience seamless. Please review the following instructions and guidelines to ensure a smooth pickup process.

       

      ✅How to Schedule a Local Pickup

       

      For Website Orders

      ·       During checkout, select the Local Pickup option instead of shipping.

      ·       Complete your purchase, providing accurate contact details.

      ·       After confirmation, you will receive an email summarizing your order.

      ·       Once your order is ready, you will be notified by email or text—usually within 2 hours during business hours or around 3 hours before closing.

       

      For Orders Placed via Text Message

      ·       After order confirmation, send your payment via Zelle to LA Bio Organic Trading Corp at 747 231 0238. Cash payment upon pickup is also available, but please complete any Zelle payments before arrival.

      ·       When your order is ready, a text will be sent to you with available pickup times for the day.

      ·       Text “pickup appointment + your order number (#BPB####)” to 747-231-0238 to schedule your pickup.

      ·       Upon arrival at our pickup point 627 E Elmwood Ave Burbank CA 91501, text us again with the car make, model, and color, and turn on your hazard lights. We will bring your order to your car.

      Pickup Windows and Communication

      Our pickup windows are booked daily (Monday to Friday), and,  if possible, we try to accommodate weekend pickups for urgent orders.
      Please text us on the day you want to pick up your order (if not already been picked up while placing the order), and we will provide you with the available pickup windows for the day.

       

      ✅How to Schedule a Local Pickup

      After placing your order for same-day local delivery, text us to schedule your delivery. Since we do not know your availability, we will wait until we receive a text from you before booking your delivery. 
      In case you do not provide a delivery instruction (like "leave the package at the building security desk" or "leave the package by the front door of the house"), the driver will expect you to take delivery at the address you provided, by the curbside.

      Once the package is confirmed as delivered at the address/location, we will not be able to accept a non-delivery claim, although we will do our best to follow up on the whereabouts of the package (delivery is done with third-party companies or Uber)

      Preparation & How to Use
      Step 1: Sterilize
      Start by washing your hands and sterilizing all feeding equipment and your workspace. To eliminate any residual bacteria in the water, boil 1 liter of water and allow it to cool for up to 30 minutes before use.
      Step 2: Check the Feeding Chart
      Refer to the feeding chart provided for your specific formula to ensure the correct water-to-formula ratio based on your baby’s age. Use only the scoop included in your formula box to measure the powder accurately.
      Step 3: Mix the Formula
      Pour the required amount of cooled water into a sterilized bottle. Add the correct number of formula scoops. Secure the bottle with a sterilized cap and shake thoroughly until the powder is completely dissolved and no lumps remain. To maintain hygiene, avoid touching the nipple with your hands.
      Step 4: Check the Temperature
      The formula is ready when it reaches body temperature (~98°F). If needed, cool it in the refrigerator briefly to reach the desired temperature. Before feeding, test the formula on the inside of your wrist to ensure it's not too hot. Serve immediately after preparation.

      Important Feeding Guidelines
      • Each baby formula has unique mixing ratios—always use the scoop included in your formula box.
      • Follow the manufacturer’s water-to-powder proportions exactly; do not add extra ingredients or alter the ratios.
      • Prepare each feed fresh—do not make formula in advance, as this ensures maximum nutritional value. Discard any unused formula immediately.
      • Use prepared formula within 2 hours. Do not refrigerate, store, or reheat leftover formula, as this increases the risk of bacterial contamination.
      • Once opened, use the formula within 21 days. Do not use any formula past its printed expiration date.
