      Bonpek Baby offers convenient local pickup and same-day local delivery options to make your shopping experience seamless. Please review the following instructions and guidelines to ensure a smooth pickup process.

       

      How to Schedule a Local Pickup

       

      For Website Orders

      ·       During checkout, select the Local Pickup option instead of shipping.

      ·       Complete your purchase, providing accurate contact details.

      ·       After confirmation, you will receive an email summarizing your order.

      ·       Once your order is ready, you will be notified by email or text—usually within 2 hours during business hours or around 3 hours before closing.

      For Orders Placed via Text Message

      ·       After order confirmation, send your payment via Zelle to LA Bio Organic Trading Corp at bonpekbaby@bonpek.com. Cash payment upon pickup is also available, but please complete any Zelle payments before arrival.

      ·       When your order is ready, a text will be sent to you with available pickup times for the day.

      ·       Text “pickup appointment + your order number (#BPB####)” to 747-231-0238 to schedule your pickup.

      ·       Upon arrival at our pickup point 315 Chester St, Glendale, CA 91203, text us again with the car make, model, and color, and turn on your hazard lights. We will bring your order to your car.

       

      ATTENTION

      •         🚗🚙 Do not park in front of, or directly across from, the building driveway.   
      •             --- Do not park on the red curb near the fire hydrant.
      •           Do not block the garage entry/exit areas.
      •           Instead, park briefly a few houses before or after our building along the street. This prevents traffic blockages and maintains safe access for residents.

      Pickup Windows and Communication

      ·       Pickup and local delivery hours are announced every Sunday on our Instagram page  (subject to rare changes). This helps you plan your weekly  pickups and avoid delays.

      ·       Saturday pickups are often available, and urgent Sunday pickups may be accommodated when possible.

      ·       You may text for pickup appointments or inquiries any day, at any time. Please keep in mind that weekends are generally considered non-working days at Bonpek Baby.

      Preparation & How to Use

      Follow these steps carefully to ensure your baby receives safe and properly prepared formula:

      ✅ Step-by-Step Guide:

      1. Clean & Sterilize:
        Wash your hands thoroughly. Sterilize the bottle, teat, and ring by boiling them in water for at least 10 minutes before use.
      2. Boil Water:
        Boil fresh drinking water and allow it to cool down to about 40°–50°C (104°–122°F).
      3. Add Water to Bottle:
        Pour the required amount of cooled water into the sterilized bottle (refer to the feeding chart for exact amounts).
      4. Measure & Add Formula:
        Use only the enclosed scoop. Level each scoop and add the exact number required (see feeding table). Always follow the dosage instructions precisely.
      5. Mix Thoroughly:
        Close the bottle securely and shake well until the powder is fully dissolved.
      6. Cool & Test Temperature:
        Let the formula cool to a safe feeding temperature of around 37°C (98.6°F). Test the formula on your wrist to make sure it’s not too hot before feeding.

      ⚠️ Important Note:
      To preserve the live probiotic cultures (Lactobacillus), do not mix formula with excessively hot water.

      🧼 Safety & Storage Guidelines:

      • Always use freshly boiled water and prepare each feed just before feeding time.
      • Do not pre-make bottles or store made-up formula for later use.
      • Never reuse leftovers. Discard any formula left in the bottle after 30 minutes.
      • Do not microwave the bottle – uneven heating can cause dangerous hot spots and may scald your baby.
      • After opening, store the formula powder in a cool, dry place. Use within 3 weeks.
      • Always check the expiration date on the can before use.

      👶 Important Feeding Advice:

      • Exclusive breastfeeding is recommended for the first 6 months of life.
      • HiPP Stage 2 Combiotik is designed to be part of a mixed diet from 6 months onward and should not replace breast milk during the first 6 months.
      • Your baby’s nutritional needs may vary. Consult your pediatrician for personalized weaning and feeding guidance.
      • Like breast milk, this formula contains natural carbohydrates. Prolonged bottle feeding, especially at night, can lead to tooth decay. Avoid letting your baby continuously suck on the bottle and transition to a cup as soon as appropriate.
