      Bonpek Baby offers convenient local pickup and same-day local delivery options to make your shopping experience seamless. Please review the following instructions and guidelines to ensure a smooth pickup process.

       

      How to Schedule a Local Pickup

       

      For Website Orders

      ·       During checkout, select the Local Pickup option instead of shipping.

      ·       Complete your purchase, providing accurate contact details.

      ·       After confirmation, you will receive an email summarizing your order.

      ·       Once your order is ready, you will be notified by email or text—usually within 2 hours during business hours or around 3 hours before closing.

      For Orders Placed via Text Message

      ·       After order confirmation, send your payment via Zelle to LA Bio Organic Trading Corp at bonpekbaby@bonpek.com. Cash payment upon pickup is also available, but please complete any Zelle payments before arrival.

      ·       When your order is ready, a text will be sent to you with available pickup times for the day.

      ·       Text “pickup appointment + your order number (#BPB####)” to 747-231-0238 to schedule your pickup.

      ·       Upon arrival at our pickup point 315 Chester St, Glendale, CA 91203, text us again with the car make, model, and color, and turn on your hazard lights. We will bring your order to your car.

       

      ATTENTION

      •         🚗🚙 Do not park in front of, or directly across from, the building driveway.   
      •             --- Do not park on the red curb near the fire hydrant.
      •           Do not block the garage entry/exit areas.
      •           Instead, park briefly a few houses before or after our building along the street. This prevents traffic blockages and maintains safe access for residents.
       ⚠️⚠️⚠️ If these parking instructions are not followed, we will not be able to complete your pickup. Thank you for your cooperation.

       

       

      Pickup Windows and Communication

      ·       Pickup and local delivery hours are announced every Sunday on our Instagram page  (subject to rare changes). This helps you plan your weekly  pickups and avoid delays.

      ·       Saturday pickups are often available, and urgent Sunday pickups may be accommodated when possible.

      ·       You may text for pickup appointments or inquiries any day, at any time. Please keep in mind that weekends are generally considered non-working days at Bonpek Baby.

      Preparation & How to Use

      1. Sanitize Everything

      Wash your hands carefully and sterilize all bottles, nipples, and utensils before use. Boil 1 liter of fresh water, then allow it to cool for up to 30 minutes to ensure it is safe for mixing.

      2. Measure According to Chart

      Check the feeding table on the package for the correct water-to-powder ratio for your baby’s age. Always use the scoop included in the box to maintain accurate measurements.

      3. Mix the Formula

      Add the measured formula to the cooled boiled water. Seal the bottle with a clean cap and shake well until the powder is completely dissolved and the mixture is smooth. To keep things hygienic, avoid touching the nipple directly.

      4. Test the Temperature

      Formula should be served at about body temperature (around 98°F / 37°C). If it’s too warm, cool the bottle under cold running water or in the refrigerator for a short time. Test a few drops on the inside of your wrist before feeding. Use immediately after preparation.

      Important Feeding Guidelines


      • Only use the provided scoop — every formula has unique proportions.

      • Do not alter the water-to-powder ratio or add extra ingredients.

      • Prepare bottles fresh each time — do not refrigerate or reheat prepared formula.

      • Use within 2 hours of mixing and discard any leftovers.

      • Once a box is opened, use within 21 days. Unopened formula should not be used after the expiration date on the packaging.
