1. Sanitize

Wash your hands thoroughly. Sterilize all bottles, nipples, and utensils. To ensure your water is safe, boil about 1 liter, then let it cool for roughly 30 minutes before use.

2. Measure Correctly

Check the feeding table for your baby’s age to find the right water-to-formula ratio. Always use the measuring scoop that comes in the box to guarantee accurate preparation.

3. Mix

Add the formula to the cooled boiled water. Seal the bottle with a clean cap and shake well until the powder fully dissolves and the mixture is smooth. For hygiene, avoid touching the nipple directly.

4. Temperature Test

The formula should be close to body temperature (about 98°F / 37°C). Cool the bottle under running cold water or in the refrigerator briefly if needed. Test a few drops on the inside of your wrist to make sure it isn’t too hot. Serve immediately after mixing.

Important Notes on Feeding

Each formula brand has its own mixing instructions — only use the scoop included with your box.
Never change the water-to-scoop ratio; follow manufacturer guidelines exactly.
Do not add anything extra to the bottle.
Always prepare bottles fresh — do not store or reheat prepared formula. Use within 2 hours of mixing.
Discard any leftovers after a feeding.
Once opened, use the formula within 3 weeks. Do not use any unopened boxes past their printed expiration date.
