How to use it at bath time
Read this before the first bath
Never leave a baby alone in or near water, not for a moment and not for a reach. This product is for external use only. Keep the bottle out of reach and away from the edge of the bath. Warm rather than hot, and tested with your own wrist or elbow rather than your hand. Run the cold tap last so the tap itself is not hot to touch.

Squeeze a small amount into your palm or onto a soft cloth rather than straight onto your baby. A gel of this kind spreads much further than expected once there is water with it.

Hair first, then the body
Work it gently through the hair, then over the skin, keeping a hand across the forehead so that what runs off runs backwards and away from the eyes.

Neck folds, behind the ears, under the arms and the backs of the knees are where milk and moisture collect. Go gently over them and do not scrub.

Rinse, pat dry, then moisturise
Rinse until nothing slippery is left, particularly in the hair and the skin folds. Pat rather than rub, dry the creases properly, and follow with a lotion or cream if the skin tends to dryness.
