      Bonpek Baby offers convenient local pickup and same-day local delivery options to make your shopping experience seamless. Please review the following instructions and guidelines to ensure a smooth pickup process.

       

      ✅How to Schedule a Local Pickup

       

      For Website Orders

      ·       During checkout, select the Local Pickup option instead of shipping.

      ·       Complete your purchase, providing accurate contact details.

      ·       After confirmation, you will receive an email summarizing your order.

      ·       Once your order is ready, you will be notified by email or text—usually within 2 hours during business hours or around 3 hours before closing.

       

      For Orders Placed via Text Message

      ·       After order confirmation, send your payment via Zelle to LA Bio Organic Trading Corp at 747 231 0238. Cash payment upon pickup is also available, but please complete any Zelle payments before arrival.

      ·       When your order is ready, a text will be sent to you with available pickup times for the day.

      ·       Text “pickup appointment + your order number (#BPB####)” to 747-231-0238 to schedule your pickup.

      ·       Upon arrival at our pickup point 627 E Elmwood Ave Burbank CA 91501, text us again with the car make, model, and color, and turn on your hazard lights. We will bring your order to your car.

      Pickup Windows and Communication

      Our pickup windows are booked daily (Monday to Friday), and,  if possible, we try to accommodate weekend pickups for urgent orders.
      Please text us on the day you want to pick up your order (if not already been picked up while placing the order), and we will provide you with the available pickup windows for the day.

       

      ✅How to Schedule a Local Pickup

      After placing your order for same-day local delivery, text us to schedule your delivery. Since we do not know your availability, we will wait until we receive a text from you before booking your delivery. 
      In case you do not provide a delivery instruction (like "leave the package at the building security desk" or "leave the package by the front door of the house"), the driver will expect you to take delivery at the address you provided, by the curbside.

      Once the package is confirmed as delivered at the address/location, we will not be able to accept a non-delivery claim, although we will do our best to follow up on the whereabouts of the package (delivery is done with third-party companies or Uber)

      Preparation & How to Use

      Safety First — Always Read Before Preparing:- Always wash and thoroughly dry your hands before preparing formula.- Sterilize all bottles, nipples, rings, and caps by boiling for at least 3–5 minutes before each use.- Always prepare formula fresh for each feeding. Do not prepare formula in advance and store it as a routine practice.- Never microwave prepared formula — it heats unevenly and can cause dangerous hot spots.Step-by-Step Preparation:- Step 1: Boil fresh drinking water and allow it to cool to approximately 122°F (50°C). Do not use mineral water unless advised by a healthcare professional.- Step 2: Pour approximately half of the required water into a clean, sterilized bottle.- Step 3: Using only the enclosed measuring scoop (1 level scoop = 4.5g), add the correct number of scoops according to the feeding table printed on the can. Level each scoop with the back of a clean knife — do not pack or heap.- Step 4: Add the measured formula powder to the water and seal the bottle. Shake thoroughly to dissolve.- Step 5: Add the remaining water and shake again until the powder is fully dissolved and no clumps remain.- Step 6: Cool the prepared formula to body temperature — approximately 98.6°F (37°C) — before feeding. Test on the inside of your wrist to confirm it is not too hot.- Step 7: Feed immediately. Discard any formula left in the bottle after feeding.Storage Instructions:- Prepared formula left at room temperature must be used within 2 hours.- Once feeding has begun, discard any remaining formula within 1 hour.- If needed, prepared (untouched) formula may be stored in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours.- Do not freeze prepared formula.- Once opened, use the powder within 3 weeks and store in a cool, dry place with the lid tightly sealed.- Do not use after the expiration date printed on the can (European format: DD/MM/YYYY).- Use only the scoop provided inside the can. Do not substitute with other scoops.- Do not alter the water-to-powder ratio unless directed by your pediatrician.
