When preparing Aptamil AR complete food, follow the instructions for use carefully. Improper preparation and storage can lead to health problems due to the growth of undesirable germs. Prepare the food fresh before each meal and feed it immediately. Thoroughly clean the bottle, teat, and ring. Do not heat the formula in the microwave (risk of overheating). 1. Allow fresh, boiled drinking water to cool down to approx. 40°C and pour 2/3 of the required amount of water into the bottle. 2. For the exact amount of powder, wipe off the enclosed measuring spoon on the scraper. Pour the required amount of powder into the bottle and store the measuring spoon in the spoon holder. Only use the measuring spoon provided.3. Close the bottle and leave for approx. Shake vigorously vertically for 10 seconds, pour in the remaining amount of drinking water, and shake vigorously again. 4. Allow Aptamil AR complete food to swell for 5 minutes after preparation. 5. Then shake briefly again, attach the teat, and check the drinking temperature (approx. 37°C).
