To ensure your baby benefits fully from Aptamil Comfort Stage 1, follow these preparation and feeding steps carefully:

  1. Wash your hands thoroughly and use clean or sterilized containers.
  2. Boil fresh drinking water and allow it to cool to approximately 40°C.
  3. Measure the required amount of water into the bottle as per the feeding guide.
  4. Use the provided scoop to measure the formula, leveling off each scoop with a clean knife.
  5. Add the correct number of scoops to the water in the bottle.
  6. Cap the bottle and shake well for about 10 seconds until the powder dissolves completely.
  7. Check the temperature of the formula—it should be around 37°C before feeding your baby.
  8. Always prepare bottles fresh, feed immediately, and discard any leftovers. Avoid using a microwave to heat the formula for safety reasons.

Storage Advice
After each use, seal the can tightly and store it in a cool, dry place at room temperature (5°C to 25°C). Use the contents within 4 weeks of opening. The formula is packed under protective gas to maintain quality.

Standard Preparation
To make 100 ml of formula, mix 90 ml of water with 3 level scoops of powder (13.8 g). Each scoop equals 4.6 g of formula.
