*22 g of porridge flakes+100 ml of water+100 ml of milk (3.2% fat)
Preparation:
With milk mixture
1. Cool the boiled water to a temperature of approximately +50ºC*. Prepare 200 ml of the usual milk mixture.
2. Add 3-4 tablespoons (22 g) of porridge flakes to the bowl.
3. Pour the prepared milk mixture and mix.
4. Leave the porridge to swell. Cool to a suitable eating temperature.
Boil 100 ml of water with fruit puree
and cool to +50ºC*. Add 2 full tablespoons of porridge flakes to a bowl, pour water over it. Mix. Add about 100 g of fruit puree and a teaspoon of oil. Mix well, check the temperature.
With milk :
Boil 100 ml of milk and 100 ml of water, cool to +50ºC*. Add 3-4 tablespoons (22 g) of flakes to a bowl, pour cooled liquid over it. Mix it up. Leave to swell. Check the temperature.
*Do not use too hot water to dissolve the powder better.
