Step 1: Sterilize
Wash your hands thoroughly and sterilize all feeding equipment and your workspace. Boil 1 liter of water to eliminate bacteria, then allow it to cool for up to 30 minutes.

Step 2: Check Feeding Chart
Refer to the feeding chart specific to your baby's age and formula. Measure the recommended water and formula ratios using the provided scoop to ensure accuracy.

Step 3: Mix Formula
Pour the measured water into a sterilized bottle. Add the appropriate number of formula scoops, close the bottle with a sterilized cap, and shake well until the powder is fully dissolved. Ensure no lumps remain.

Step 4: Check Temperature
Ensure the formula is at body temperature (~98°F) before feeding. Test the temperature by dropping a small amount on your forearm. If needed, cool the bottle in the refrigerator until it reaches the ideal temperature.

Step 5: Serve Immediately
Feed your baby right after preparation. Discard any unused formula after 2 hours to avoid contamination.
