      Bonpek Baby offers convenient local pickup and same-day local delivery options to make your shopping experience seamless. Please review the following instructions and guidelines to ensure a smooth pickup process.

       

      How to Schedule a Local Pickup

       

      For Website Orders

      ·       During checkout, select the Local Pickup option instead of shipping.

      ·       Complete your purchase, providing accurate contact details.

      ·       After confirmation, you will receive an email summarizing your order.

      ·       Once your order is ready, you will be notified by email or text—usually within 2 hours during business hours or around 3 hours before closing.

      For Orders Placed via Text Message

      ·       After order confirmation, send your payment via Zelle to LA Bio Organic Trading Corp at bonpekbaby@bonpek.com. Cash payment upon pickup is also available, but please complete any Zelle payments before arrival.

      ·       When your order is ready, a text will be sent to you with available pickup times for the day.

      ·       Text “pickup appointment + your order number (#BPB####)” to 747-231-0238 to schedule your pickup.

      ·       Upon arrival at our pickup point 315 Chester St, Glendale, CA 91203, text us again with the car make, model, and color, and turn on your hazard lights. We will bring your order to your car.

       

      ATTENTION

      •         🚗🚙 Do not park in front of, or directly across from, the building driveway.   
      •             --- Do not park on the red curb near the fire hydrant.
      •           Do not block the garage entry/exit areas.
      •           Instead, park briefly a few houses before or after our building along the street. This prevents traffic blockages and maintains safe access for residents.

      Preparation & How to Use
      • Wash your hands and sterilize the bottle, nipple, and cap.
      • Boil fresh water — allow to cool to about 40 °C (or follow your local guidelines).
      • Pour an appropriate amount of water into the bottle.
      • Add powder: follow the scoop-to-water ratio on formula packaging (or according to baby’s feeding chart).
      • Close the bottle and shake gently until the powder is fully dissolved and no lumps remain.
      • Warm bottle to feeding temperature if desired — test on wrist before feeding.
      • Use the prepared formula within the recommended time (typically 1 hour if warmed, or as per pediatric guidance).
      • Discard any leftover formula.
