According to our store policy, we do not consider dented Kendamil tins as damaged products and do not accept returns for this reason, as the seals remain intact even if the cans are heavily dented. Step 1: Wash hands, then sterilise your feeding utensils according to the manufacturer’s instructions.

Step 2: Boil fresh water and let cool for 10 minutes before adding powder. Do not use artificially softened or repeatedly boiled water. Measure the required water into a sterilised beaker. 

Step 3: Using the scoop provided, add the correct number of leveled scoops to the beaker. Use the straight edge inside the lid to level each scoop.

Step 4: Place on a sterilized cap and shake well to dissolve the powder. 

Step 5: Cool to a natural body temperature. Always test the temperature of the liquid on your wrist prior to feeding your baby.

We began using a combination of expressed breast milk (EBM) and formula, but the initial formula we tried was too heavy for our baby's digestion. Kendamil Goat’s Milk turned out to be a lifesaver. It’s incredibly light, resulting in a brighter, happier baby with improved nappies and a much more comfortable tummy. The formula mixes effortlessly, which probably explains why it’s easier for our son to digest. Kendamil has been an outstanding brand for us, and we sincerely hope they don’t face the same stock issues as some other brands.
